Gym League Power-Ups
Foods, oils, potions, and Mega stacks from the Beach Shop. Milk resets buffs. Codes beat Robux for free piles.
Power-Ups in Gym League are the foods, oils, potions, meals, and later-world fruits you consume so machines hit harder and posing events pay more. They do not complete a Body Alter. They do not open Underground or Jungle. They shorten the click session and raise the cash you take off the stage. Gym League is a released Roblox bodybuilding incremental from 1v2 Studios (live since May 2024, place 17450551531) on eight-player online servers. This page is the consumable chapter. Pair it with Poses when you walk into a school comp, with Competitions for lobby and scoring rules, and with the codes hub because free stacks arrive there first.
Find the Shop and the Beach food truck
Open Shop on the left HUD. On Beach, the same vendor is the food truck. That stall sells Body Alters, Power-Ups, and Limiteds. Body Alters are the prestige looks; they belong on Body Alters. Power-Ups are the foods, oils, and potions this page covers. Limiteds rotate with events. If a row is missing, you are on the wrong tab or you have not unlocked that world yet.
Prices move. Historical Beach numbers below are the band players have reported, not a live receipt. Check the live Shop before you empty a wallet that was meant for Shredded or Tan. The money guide is the spend order: alter first, snacks second.
Early Beach food
Starter food is cheap muscle or stamina help while you still live on Beach equipment:
- Chocolate Bar — historically around $50, about +15% muscle.
- Chips — historically around $60, about +25% muscle.
- Chicken Wings — historically around $75, about +35% muscle.
- Master Drink — historically around $85, stamina and speed rather than a pure muscle bump.
- Steak, Protein Bar, and Protein Shake — larger muscle food once the first snacks feel small.
Use food before a long rotate, not after you already sat on a finished machine. Open Stats, eat, then click until every group is 100%. Stamina food does not replace the 100% muscle rule. If Tan is the door you need, food only makes the path shorter; the door is still the alter. Getting Started is the first-hour version of that loop. Gym Unlocks is when you stop buying Beach snacks because you already moved floors.
Milk resets everything
Milk clears boosts. Treat it like Minecraft milk. If you drink it while Cosmic, Shadow, Power, oils, or meals are running, those buffs drop. Do not buy Milk because it sits next to Steak. Do not drink it from a code dump because you mashed Use. Only drink Milk when you want a clean slate: a bad Death Potion, a stack you applied in the wrong order, or a buff you need gone before a different prep.
If a session suddenly feels raw after you were flying, check whether Milk was the last thing you used. Auto-use helpers can chug it without asking; that is a toggle problem, not a Shop bug.
Oils before you pose
Oils are stage prep, not gym food. Apply them before you enter a posing event, not after you lose. Reported bands:
- Cheap Body Oil — about +15% cash and a better pose read.
- Shiny Oil — about +30% cash.
- Premium Body Oil — about +50% cash.
Check the live Shop for the current price. Oils stack with pose quality. A weak Common pose plus Premium Oil still loses to an Epic pose plus the same oil on a later Body Alter. Equip the pose first from Custom, then oil, then walk on stage. That flow is on Poses and Competitions. Losses still pay; oils make the payout less thin.
Toggle a cash aura from the left menu if you already own one. Aura ranks sit on the aura tier list. Oils do not replace Galaxy. Galaxy does not replace oil. Extra Cash on the gamepass tier list is a paid income lens, not a bottle.
Small potions and the Cosmic stack
Small potions cover stamina, speed, power, money, and pump. Stack them before you grind, not after twenty minutes of raw clicking. The combo players cite most often is Cosmic + Shadow + Power. Lightning, Blood, and event drinks (Summer Drink, Purple Cocktail, Ice Cube lines) show up from codes and seasonal shops. Use what you have. Do not invent a fourth bottle because a year-old screenshot showed one.
Money potions belong next to competitions and quest turn-ins, not next to a Beach curl you already finished. Speed and stamina potions help you stay on a machine; they still do not complete an alter without 100% muscles and Total Power.
Mega Potions and code meals
A Mega Potion is a bundle: muscle, pump, speed, stamina, and cash in one use. It is the stack you pop when you sit down for a real session. Megas often come from working codes or Robux. NewGears has paid 10 Mega Potions. BattlePotion has paid five megas. Other strings (2XEVENT, SPARTAN, BETTERTOGETHER, DUNGEONGYM, QualityOfLife, 400MVISITS) have dumped megas in smaller counts. Redeem from the left Codes button; the click path is on how to redeem.
Meal codes in the Update 31 family drop Breakfast of Champions, Warriors Lunch, and Dinner of Legends. update31, update31bugfix, Update30, Update30p2, and GLcomeback are the names to try while they still Submit. Eat the meal, then train. A meal sitting in inventory during a raw Beach hour is a wasted window.
Codes are the fastest free stack. Daily login and quests also hand potions; they are slower. Day two of the daily is often cited for a power potion. Day nine is another potion day. Claim every session. Quests on the quest tab sometimes grant potions as well. None of that replaces Submit on a fresh patch string.
Later-world consumables
Once you leave the Beach band, the Shop and world columns add heavier food:
- Chakra Rations
- Toning Fruit
- Divine Fruit
- Cash Fruit — about 75% cash, aimed at world 7 and later
- Angel Potion
- Death Potion — risky. Players report a nerf chance. Do not chug it on a ranked pose night because the name looks cool.
- Super Pickle
- Secret Beans
If a fruit is grey, you have not reached that world. Move gyms when the matching alter completes; see Gym Unlocks. Trello world columns list power-ups by band; how to read those columns is on the Trello page. Official destinations sit under links.
Do not spend Jungle fruit cash on Beach. Do not hoard every Cash Fruit until Apex if a school comp is up now and you need the bump.
Dailies, inventory caps, and a session plan
Inventory is not infinite. Slot limits sit around five on some items. If the Shop refuses another snack, use what you are holding before you buy more. The same cap bites after a code dump: redeem, drink or eat the extras, then grind so the next gift can land.
A practical order for one session:
- Redeem every working string on the codes list.
- Claim the daily (potion days included).
- Eat a meal or pop a Mega if you have one.
- Stack Cosmic + Shadow + Power, or the closest trio you own.
- If you are heading to a posing event, equip a pose, apply oil, toggle aura, then enter. Details: Poses and Competitions.
- If you are heading to machines, rotate until Stats is 100%, then buy the next look.
- Never drink Milk in the middle of that list unless you meant to wipe it.
Automation that auto-uses items can burn Milk and Death Potion without asking. If you run helpers, read Scripts and auto-farm first so you know what the toggles swallow.
Power-Ups do not skip Body Alters. They do not move you to Golden Gym; Steel does. Rank floors on the gym tier list and the rest of the meta on the tier list hub. Use consumables to make the clicks you were already going to do pay more. Patch retunes land on Updates and the latest snapshot. Player-facing notes live on Players. Come back here when a new fruit name appears in Shop and you need to know whether it is grind food, pose oil, or a reset trap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Gym League questions.
Does Milk stack with Cosmic, Shadow, and Power?
No. Milk resets boosts, like Minecraft milk. Do not drink it while potions, meals, or oils are running unless you want a clean slate.
Where do I buy Gym League power-ups?
Open Shop on the left HUD, or walk to the Beach food truck. That vendor sells Body Alters, Power-Ups, and Limiteds. Check live prices; they change.
What potion combo should I use before grinding?
Players most often stack Cosmic + Shadow + Power before a machine session. Pop them first, then click. Money potions belong next to competitions.
How do I get Mega Potions without Robux?
Redeem working codes. NewGears has paid ten megas and BattlePotion has paid five. Eat or drink them, then train.
Should I apply oils before a school competition?
Yes. Cheap, Shiny, and Premium Body Oils raise cash and pose read. Equip a pose from Poses, oil, then enter.
Why will the Shop not sell me another snack?
Inventory slot limits sit around five on some items. Use what you are holding, then buy more. Code dumps hit the same cap.
