Gym Unlocks

Gym League has eight gyms. You always start on Beach for free. Every later floor is locked behind a specific Body Alter. The Gym button on the left HUD is how you travel once a floor is owned. Later machines grant much higher strength per click, so the correct play is to finish the unlocking alter and move immediately. This page is the door list and the reason Beach becomes a trap. The purchase rules live on Body Alters. Short ranks live on the gym tier list.

The eight gyms in order

  1. Beach Gym — starter floor, free, no alter required. Weakest equipment. Fine for Normal and Shredded. You should still be planning the exit.
  2. Underground Gym — opens when you complete Tan (2,500 Total Power). First real upgrade. Leave Beach the moment this door exists.
  3. The Gym — opens at Rock (10,000 Total Power). Another large jump in strength per click.
  4. Golden Gym — opens at Steel (50,000 Total Power).
  5. Cyber Gym — opens at Diamond (250,000 Total Power).
  6. Gravity Gym — opens at Plasma (1,000,000 Total Power).
  7. Galactic Gym — opens at Emperor (5,000,000 Total Power).
  8. Jungle Gym — opens at Apex (very high power, around 25 million or more). Newest endgame floor in 2026 lists.

Patches after Gravity also shipped extra worlds that still appear on some accounts: Pirate Gym (often tied to the Emperor-tier era), Hidden Gym, Prison Gym (Fusion-era), Divine Gym, and limited Halloween Gym. If your Gym menu shows those names, train on the newest one you own — later machines still beat earlier ones. Jungle is the current top of the public 2026 ladder.

There is no side door. You do not unlock Cyber by posing well on Beach. You unlock Cyber by completing Diamond in the Shop. You still have to walk the in-between looks (Slate and Concrete after Tan, Metal and Shiny after Rock, Armored and Alien after Steel) because Body Alters cannot be skipped. Water and Magma sit after Diamond, on the way to Plasma. Gold (VIP or Robux) does not open a floor on this list.

Use the Gym control on the left HUD to switch. If a name is missing, the matching alter is not complete. If the name is there and you are still clicking Beach dumbbells, you are choosing the slow lane.

Why later machines are worth moving ASAP

The core loop never changes: click or tap, rotate muscle groups, hit 100% on Stats, buy the next alter. What changes is strength per click. Beach is tuned for the first 750 and 2,500 power gates. Underground is tuned past that. Each new gym stretches the same click into more Total Power, which is the only way Rock, Steel, Diamond, Plasma, Emperor, and Apex stay realistic.

Staying on Beach after Tan is the most expensive habit in the game, and it costs time rather than Robux. You can still fill muscles on starter weights. You will fill them slower. Competitions and quests will still pay cash, but your power gate for Rock at 10,000 will crawl. Move, then farm cash. Do not farm cash on Beach hoping the next gym will open itself.

The same logic repeats at every door. When Rock completes, walk into The Gym before you start a long quest streak on Underground machines. When Steel completes, Golden is the new home. Diamond to Cyber, Plasma to Gravity, Emperor to Galactic, Apex to Jungle. You can visit an old floor if you like the scenery. You should not train there for progression.

Beach: what it is for

Beach exists so a new player can learn the HUD, redeem codes, hit 100% muscles, buy Shredded at 750, and then push Tan. That is the whole job. Getting Started is the Beach session plan. Once Tan is done, Beach is a lobby you pass through, not a gym you main.

If you are on Beach with Shredded finished and Tan still locked, you are in the correct place. Rotate, pose, quest, and buy Tan. Then leave. If you are on Beach with Underground already listed in the Gym menu, teleport.

Underground through Jungle

Underground (Tan) is the first floor where the click feels like an upgrade. Treat it as the home for Slate, Concrete, and the run-up to Rock. Keep the 100% muscle rule. Do not sit on one Underground machine after Stats says 100%.

The Gym (Rock) is the 10,000-power door. You come here to push Metal, Shiny, and Steel. Golden (Steel) at 50,000 is the next jump, then Cyber (Diamond) at 250,000, Gravity (Plasma) at one million, Galactic (Emperor) at five million, and Jungle (Apex) at the top of the ladder. Each of those homes is where you should stand to grind the next alter, not where you should retire.

Cash needs grow with the shop prices. Fund them with quests, dailies, competitions (losses still pay), and auras once the next look is not starved. The make money guide is the wallet page. None of those cash tools replace moving gyms. A Mythical x2 aura on Beach is still a Beach click.

How gyms connect to everything else

Alters open gyms; gyms speed alters. If the Shop is grey because power is low, the fix is almost always better equipment, which means you should confirm you are on the latest unlocked floor. If the Shop is grey because a muscle is at 80%, rotate on that new floor instead of returning to a familiar Beach rack.

Posing events can happen regardless of which gym you main, but your Body Alter still scores. Getting a later alter faster by training on later machines makes competitions easier too. Private servers and low-pop public servers remain an eight-player story; they do not change which gym you should train in.

For a compact S-to-F style ranking of the same eight floors, use the gym tier list. For the prestige order that unlocks them, stay on Body Alters. For the first hour that only uses Beach, go back to Getting Started. The rest of the guide set sits on the Guides Hub. Official group and social links are on links if you want 1v2 Studios’ own posts about new floors.

Move rule, one line: the minute a key alter completes, open Gym, enter the new floor, and start the next 100% muscle sweep there. That is the entire gym strategy.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Gym League questions.

What Body Alter unlocks Underground Gym?

Tan, at 2,500 Total Power plus 100% muscles and the shop price. Complete it, then leave Beach. Full order: Body Alters.

Why is Beach Gym so slow after the first prestige?

Later gyms grant much higher strength per click. After Tan, Beach equipment is starter weight. Staying there delays Rock at 10,000 and every gate after it.

Which gym does Emperor open?

Galactic Gym, at 5,000,000 Total Power. Apex (around 25 million or more) opens Jungle. Plasma at 1,000,000 opens Gravity.

Do I need to finish every machine in a gym before I leave?

No. You need 100% muscles on Stats and the next alter. Once the gym door for the next floor opens, move. Favourite Beach racks are not a requirement.

Where should I rank these gyms against each other?

Use the gym tier list for a short ranking. This page is the unlock route. Both assume you buy alters in order from the Shop.
