Gym League Poses

Poses in Gym League are the stage animations you equip from Custom and then mash during bodybuilding contests. They are not Body Alters. They are not auras. A pose does not fill chest to 100% and it does not open Underground. It changes how the competition reads you when you walk on stage on an eight-player Roblox server. Gym League shipped in May 2024 from 1v2 Studios (place 17450551531) and still patches this UI. This page is how to roll, equip, and use a pose. Open Custom and equip a pose

The Custom button is on the left HUD, in the same stack as Shop, Aura, Stats, Gym, and Codes. Open it, find the pose slot, and select the pose you want on stage. Equip before you enter a school comp. Walking in with the default animation and then swapping mid-event is how people waste a Premium Body Oil.

On PC, competitions are a spacebar mash. On mobile, you tap. If the pose UI feels sticky on phone, tap the slot, then tap the pose repeatedly until it actually highlights. That sticky slot is a UI quirk, not a missing purchase.

You do not need a Roblox emote wheel. Custom is the gym’s own panel. If you cannot find it, you are looking at Aura or Shop. Close those, look left, press Custom.

How to roll poses

Pose rolls cost cash or Robux. Players have historically reported about $1,500 to $2,500 per cash roll, and some UIs have shown 19 Robux. Those numbers drift. Check the live Custom panel for the price on your account today. Do not empty the Tan budget because a year-old video said rolls were cheap.

You can also spend Pose Rerolls that codes dump into inventory. That is the free lane. A cash roll that lands Common while Shredded is unaffordable is a vanity purchase. Buy the next Body Alter first. Roll poses with surplus, the same stop rule you should already use for aura rolls.

Codes that dump Pose Rerolls

Several strings have paid Pose Rerolls or Pose Rolls while they still Submit:

• 400MVISITS — 2 Mega, 5 Pose Rerolls
• 650KLikes — five Pose Rolls, five Aura Rolls
• TRADE — 2 Mega, 3 Aura Rerolls, 3 Pose Rerolls
• WEREBACK — 1 Mega, 5 Pose Rerolls

BUGFIXES and 150MVisits have also listed pose rolls. Redeem from the left Codes button; steps are on how to redeem. If Submit fails, the string expired. We do not invent replacements. After you redeem, open Custom and spend the rerolls there, not in the Aura menu.

Meal and potion codes do not roll poses. They feed the grind and the Power-Ups stack you should apply before the event.

Using a pose in a competition

Join a public eight-player server (or a private one), travel to the posing event, and enter. Face the judges and mash:

• PC: spacebar, or the on-screen mash if that layout is up
• Mobile: tap the pose control

Pose quality is a scorer. Oils, your current Body Alter, and a toggled aura are the others. Even a loss pays, which is why Getting Started tells you to enter once in the first session. Fewer rivals on the eight-player cap makes a win easier; hop or use a private server when the lobby is later-game bodies. That lobby advice is expanded on Competitions. Do not mash before you are on stage. Do not oil after the result. Equip, oil, aura on, then enter.

Rarity, Kneel, and Epic+

Higher rarity poses help. Epic and above is the band players aim for when they spend rerolls. Kneel is a Mythical pose that comes up in player talk; if you land it, equip it for comps. Common poses are still better than forgetting to equip anything, but they are not a reason to skip oils or a later alter.

We do not print a fake full drop table. If Custom shows a new Mythical name after a patch, treat rarity as the hint and check latest updates. Pose fashion is not gym power. Jungle machines still out-train Beach no matter how good Kneel looks. Rank gyms on the gym tier list. Rank auras on the aura tier list. Rank poses by whether Custom says Epic, Legendary, or Mythical, then go pose.

Oils, auras, and the rest of the stage stack

Oils from the Beach food truck and Shop are the cash lens on the pose. Cheap Body Oil is about +15% cash, Shiny Oil about +30%, Premium Body Oil about +50%. Those are reported bands; check the live Shop. Apply oil after the pose is equipped and before you enter. Full food, potion, Mega, and Milk notes are on Power-Ups. Do not drink Milk on the way to the stage; it wipes the stack.

Auras multiply cash when toggled on from the left Aura button. A Common x1.05 is a small bump. Mythical x2 and Galaxy around x2.5 are why veterans look inflated in the same school comp. Toggle before you mash. Rolling advice is on Auras. Extra Cash and 2X Competition Cash, if you ever buy a pass, sit on the gamepass tier list. None of those passes equip a pose for you.

Body Alter is the long-term stage body. Tan beats Normal. Steel beats Tan. Completing the look is the unlock; Custom cannot fake it. Move gyms the moment the matching alter completes so later cash funds better rolls; see Gym Unlocks.

Equip before school comps, and what not to buy first

School comps are the early event everyone hits. Other posing shows use the same idea. The habit is:

1. Redeem Pose Rerolls from codes if any are waiting.
2. Open Custom, roll if you have surplus, equip Epic or better (Kneel if you have it).
3. Eat meals or potions you planned for the session; skip Milk.
4. Apply oil.
5. Toggle aura.
6. Enter the event and mash.
7. Take the payout, win or lose, and return to 100% muscles.

If Custom is still on a Common pose and the Shop is 200 dollars short of Tan, do not roll. The gym door is the alter, not the animation. After Tan, Underground equipment will fund later rolls faster than Beach ever will.

If an auto-farm script offers auto flex or auto roll pose, know that it can dump cash and enter events on a packed eight-player lobby. Read Scripts and auto-farm before you enable those toggles.
